Hot Stone Restorative Yoga or Consult/Session for Yoga + Tai Chi: $55 for 30 minutes ; $75 for 45 minutesClinically informed instruction in yoga, Tai Chi, meditation, and breathwork to support performance in daily activities including sleep and rest. Hot stones are also available for restorative yoga sessions to relax the muscles. Techniques are designed to enhance vagal tone, promote parasympathetic nervous system activation, and assist with symptom management related to stress and pain. Occupational Therapy Evaluation: $250 for 60 minutesTo determine the level of need for Occupational Therapy (OT), a comprehensive assessment is completed of applicable areas of occupation, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), work, play, leisure, health management, social participation, education, and rest and sleep. Documentation is included.*Occupational Therapy direct services: $90 for 45 minutes*Based on the Occupational Therapy Evaluation, skilled therapeutic interventions are provided to support participation in meaningful activities and achieve individualized goals identified through formal assessment. Client will develop personalized strategies to promote independence, wellness, and life balance. Documentation is included. To continue with Occupational Therapy, a physician’s order is required for treatment of specific medical conditions .Private Group Classes for Yoga or Tai Chi: $100 for 30 minutes;  $150 for 45 minutesPrivate group classes of 2 or more participants are available. Where do you provide services?

Services are provided at Zen Holistics,  on the 2nd floor, 20 W Lancaster Ave Suite 4, Shillington, PA 19607. There is a parking lot next to the building. When you walk into the front doors, take an immediate right and go up the stairs. Once you get to the top of the stairs, walk through the hallway. Zen Holistics is on the left. I will meet you there. 😃

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

Not at this time. OTherapYoga, LLC is considered “out-of-network” for insurance, but a great occupational therapy provider for you. 😃

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash, PayPal, Venmo, check, or gift certificates are accepted for individual or private group classes (public yoga events are not included). If you have other forms of payment, please let me know and we can explore your options.

Do I need a physician’s prescription for Occupational Therapy Consult or Evaluation?

Accepted Answer

No. In Pennsylvania, an OT is able to provide indirect services, consultation, and evaluation to determine the need for services for conditions such as perceptual, cognitive, sensory integration, and similar conditions. Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Practice Act (Section 14.a. page 9)

What is needed to schedule a Community Yoga Class Fundraiser?

Suitable Space
Provide a clean, safe space with adequate room for participants to comfortably practice yoga on their mats. Ample room for chairs must also be available for Chair Yoga or Chair Tai Chi events.
Parking and Restroom Access
Convenient parking and easy access to restroom facilities should be available for all participants.
Weather Backup Plan for Outdoor Events
For outdoor classes, an alternate covered location is required in case of inclement weather. Inside space must be large enough for participants to move comfortably on their yoga mats.
Event Management

Photos taken by the organization during the class are requested to share these with the Yoga Instructor - Elizabeth Bentz. Participants who do not wish to be photographed should notify the hosting organization before the class begins.
