Yoga is used as a therapeutic intervention with Occupational Therapy to alleviate specific physical, mental, or spiritual blocks.
$242 for OT Eval
$80 per 45 min
Includes the use of tactile and sensory equipment, weighted balls, sound bowls, rhythmic music, or aromatherapy during yoga sessions.

Tai Chi for Rehabilitation is an evidence-based program developed by Dr. Paul Lam in 2010 to help in the recovery of stroke, heart disease, fatigue, and stress.

Thank you for your interest in OTherapYoga. My name is Elizabeth Bentz, and I run a private practice in Berks County, PA.
OTherapYoga provides occupational therapy and therapeutic yoga, dedicated to bringing relief and rehabilitation. Services begin with an evaluation to determine level of need for occupational therapy, yoga, Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, or Reiki.
The Mission of OTherapYoga is to balance physical and spiritual health through occupational therapy and complementary health approaches, to provide a spiritual gym where your heart and soul can work out.
